€32,000 base plus up to €15,000 OTE, with an uncapped commission structure.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Retention Advisor to join our Customer Retention Team at PrepayPower head office. The role focuses on reducing customer energy costs, retaining customers, and supporting sales efforts. Friendly, competitive, and driven individuals who are strong communicators are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers reduce their energy costs and ultimately their overall costs.
Help the business understand why customers are considering leaving so we can improve products and services.
Handle calls from customers looking for a better energy offer.
Manage daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to maintain performance and reduce churn.
Build friendly relationships to minimise churn.
Support mentoring and coaching for junior sales team members.
Participate in ad‑hoc phone‑based activities as required.
Skills & Knowledge
Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving and relationship‑management skills.
Experience in a sales role preferred.
