Key HR Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a key member.
As a Key HR Role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR responsibilities and associated duties including representing the HR function locally, planning HR strategies and projects, acting as the point of contact for employee relations queries, managing recruitment and retention, overseeing training and development activities, updating employee files, and implementing new HR processes and procedures.
* You will have a third-level degree in HR or a related discipline with further relevant qualifications being an advantage.
* You will have 2-3+ years' experience in an HR role preferably in a generalist type position but candidates with a strong HR administration background will also be considered.
* Experience gained in the manufacturing materials or engineering sectors would be an advantage but is not essential.
Key skills and qualities include:
* Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications particularly Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work on your own initiative and deliver on HR duties.
This opportunity offers a salary commensurate with your skills and experience approximately €40-48k per annum.
This is an initial 10-month contract basis fully office-based at our West Co. Limerick site.
