Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a 6-12 month maternity cover contract working 4 days a week with pay for 5.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact, managing phone and email queries efficiently, handling confidential document scanning and filing, maintaining a professional reception area, performing typing duties and creating documents/letters, and offering staff cover and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
* Manage and respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Handle and maintain confidential documents and files
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
* Perform typing duties and create documents and letters as required
* Provide administrative support to staff members
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong customer service skills and professional telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fluency in English written and oral communication
