Culinary Team Member
A dynamic and experienced professional is required to join our culinary team in Galway. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in menu development, food preparation, commercial cookery, and maintaining high standards of kitchen health and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and creation
* Prepares and cooks a variety of dishes, including mains and sides
* Trains junior chefs and assists in the management of kitchen procedures
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent
* Proficiency in professional cookery and ability to work well under pressure
