Senior Business Partner, HR Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner reports to the Head of HR for Ireland, serving as a steward and curator of the Analog Devices culture and talent strategy.
This role supports the Global Operations and Technology organization, aligning functional priorities across engagement, retention, driving key HR KPI's and our talent imperatives.
The Senior HR Business Partner will champion the company's values and culture, participate in talent review processes, drive talent development and career progression.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, advising and coaching line management on employee relations matters, and overseeing grievance investigations.
Collaboration with HR Center's of Excellence (COE's) will implement HR methodologies and procedures to support efficient business performance and improve people management capability.
Essential experience includes minimum 5+ years HR experience, preferably in a US Multinational/Manufacturing environment, and degree qualification or equivalent.
A proven track record in designing and implementing HR initiatives that support strategic business aims, along with strong foundational knowledge of cross-functional disciplines such as compensation and talent acquisition.
