About the Role
Seeking an accomplished culinary professional to assume key responsibilities within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* 39 hours per week
* A la carte cooking experience required
* Must be able to work effectively in a high-pressure setting
* Excellent interpersonal skills essential
* Minimum 2 years of chef experience required
The successful candidate will:
1. Prepare main courses and starters with precision and attention to detail
2. Ensure the quality and timeliness of food service for customers
3. Contribute to inventory management and stock control
4. Support head chefs during peak service periods
5. Collaborate on kitchen health and hygiene procedures
6. Cook dishes to order while maintaining exceptional presentation standards
7. Lead junior chefs in their respective sections of the kitchen
