About the Role
* Reporting to the site HR Manager, the HR Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to managers and senior managers, supporting approximately 50% of the site’s headcount.
* Collaborates with internal HR functions and external sites to deliver best-in-class HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Leads or contributes to areas such as:
* Talent Development and Succession Planning
* Employee Engagement and Culture Initiatives
* Recruitment and Onboarding
* Employee Relations and Policy Advice
* Reward and Recognition / Total Rewards
* HR Metrics and People Analytics
* Primary HR point of contact for assigned business groups; works with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services to ensure consistent and proactive support.

Your Background
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* A degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of HR experience, including generalist business partnering and at least one additional area of HR expertise (e.g., Talent, Reward, ER).
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented culture.
