You'll manage a diverse client portfolio, lead talented teams, and play a key role in the continued transformation of the Audit department.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries.Act as primary client contact, building strong, trusted relationships at senior levels.Oversee international reporting processes, liaising with Group and Component Auditors.Lead the planning, execution and completion of audit engagements.Coordinate staff allocation and project manage engagement timelines.Provide technical guidance on auditing and accounting matters (FRS 100–102, IFRS, ISAs).Support financial performance management.Other ad-hoc duties that arise.RequirementsACA or ACCA qualified with 4+ years PQE.Strong technical audit and accounting expertise, including ISAs and relevant standards.Demonstrated team leadership and people management capabilities.Commercially aware with proven client service skills.Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.Adaptable, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
