What will I be doing as a Braeburn Café Manager?
· Oversee and manage all aspects of the Braeburn coffee operations, ensuring compliance with Braeburn’s standards and quality guidelines.
· Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
· Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
· Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.

An Applegreen Braeburn Café Manager would ideally:
· Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
· Have a can-do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
· Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
· Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
