Reception Department

Applications are invited for the position of Clerical Officer – Reception at Bon Secours Hospital Tralee on a Permanent basis.
Reception operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with rostered hours between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
The successful candidate will work within the Clerical Administration Department and must possess the following at a minimum:
· Minimum 2 years' office/administration experience
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and professional attitude
· Ability to work to strict deadlines
· Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a strong team player
· Excellent IT skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, typing skills
· Ability to multitask essential
· Excellent timekeeping skills
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
· Motivation and dedication to providing high-quality service
· Ability to evaluate information and use sound judgement
· Flexibility to meet changing service needs
