Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and sector-specific standards.
* Oversee quality planning for projects, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and QA/QC documentation.
* Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and statutory regulations.
* Lead the investigation of non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies on quality matters.
* Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to project teams to embed a strong quality culture.
* Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance, KPIs, and audit outcomes to senior management.
* Support handover and commissioning phases by ensuring all documentation, records, and certifications are complete and accurate.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve client satisfaction.
Key Skills Required
* Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quality, or related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a quality management role within developer or main contractor.
* In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record in auditing, inspections, and stakeholder management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail.
