Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time HR Advisor role in Dundalk, Co.
Louth.
Salary €45,000 - €50,000 based on experience
Fully office based
Employee Relations & HR Support
Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
Assist with employee relations issues including performance management, grievances, disciplinary processes, and absence management.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Compliance & HR Administration
Ensure HR practices comply with Irish employment legislation and company standards.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with contract preparation, updates, and HR reporting.
Training & Development
Support training initiatives and staff development programmes.
Assist with performance review processes and employee engagement activities.
The Person
Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
