Key Responsibilities
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programmes and management systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health & safety legislation, permitting requirements, and internal standards.
Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews to identify improvement opportunities and support corrective actions.
Provide day-to-day EHS technical support to operational teams, projects, and site activities.
Support risk assessments relating to equipment, plant modifications, process changes, and operational activities.
Assist in maintaining high standards of documentation, reporting, and regulatory readiness.
Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support contractor safety management and high-risk work activities where required.
Contribute to maintaining a proactive “safety-first” culture across the site.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess experience within a regulated industrial, pharmaceutical, biologics, chemical, or advanced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications & Skills
Degree or equivalent qualification in Environmental Health & Safety or related discipline preferred.

Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working within fast-paced and highly regulated environments advantageous.
