Join us as a Technical Service Help Desk AgentYou will work within our fixed team in the Technical Service Desk, providing excellent service through inbound voice contacts.
Your role is to deliver high performance, customer service, and a fantastic experience for our Micro/Soho and Corporate end-user customers.
You will provide effective and efficient service to our business customers within agreed service levels.
