Clinical Lead for Elderly Care Services
As a key member of our care team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional resident care while fostering a positive and supportive work environment. You will provide leadership guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of person-centered care and resident safety are met at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing strong clinical leadership to the nursing team
2. Maintaining high standards of care through effective supervision and performance management
3. Fostering collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to promote best practice compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
4. Developing knowledge of HIQA standards and regulatory requirements ensuring we remain compliant at all times;
The ideal candidate should hold a valid NMBI registration, have excellent communication organizational skills. The ability to motivate colleagues develop their skills would be beneficial.
