Role Summary: The Sales Representative willbe responsible forsecuring approvals and agreements from property management companies and key stakeholders tofacilitatebroadband installation and upgrade projects. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships, clearly communicate project benefits, and effectively negotiate approvals necessary for successful project implementation.Travel is required accross the country so a clean valid driving licence is essential. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and build relationships with property management companies and relevant decision-makers. Clearly communicate the scope, benefits, and value proposition of broadband installation projects to stakeholders. Negotiate and secure formal approvals, agreements, and permissionsrequiredtoinitiatebroadband infrastructure projects. Maintainaccuraterecords of interactions, approvals, and project statuses within the CRM system. Collaborate closely with internal project teams, ensuring seamless handover and project initiation post-approval. Regularly update management on approval statuses, potential roadblocks, and sales pipeline progress. Proactively manage follow-ups andmaintainongoing relationships to ensure long-term cooperation and satisfaction. Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, utilities, or property management sectors. Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region. Preferred Qualifications: Previousexperience obtaining consents or approvals from property management companies or real estate stakeholders. Knowledge of broadband,fiber, telecommunications, or infrastructure installation processes.
