Key Sales and Marketing Position
We are seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing innovative sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
* Manage relationships with corporate clients and negotiate rate agreements.
* Seek out and attract corporate group business and leisure opportunities.
* Build and manage relationships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and key Tour Operators.
* Create sales strategies for meeting and events in the property.
* Optimize website performance, packages, and promotions to drive sales.
* Develop and manage databases to identify new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to develop an Online Travel Agency (OTA) strategy.
* Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales across all properties.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on revenue growth.
* Strong relationships with local companies, DMCs, and Tour Operators.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Able to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events.
