Working with the site operations leads to ensure Ireland site objectives are met. Monitoring performance and implementing business improvement initiatives.Previous experience in financial reporting, with an understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, would be advantageous. A CIMA qualification or equivalent is desirable.This role is available working Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, full time.What We Need From YouAssisting the Head of Finance (IRL) in the preparation of all site financial reports, forecasts, annual budgets, commentaries and financial statements for IrelandVariance reporting and analysisDetailed cash forecastsOwnership of Manufacturing KPI's and other efficiency trackingOperate to Waddington Europe financial systems and policiesMonitor income and expenditurePrepare standard costs of products, processes, projectsMaintain slow moving stock provisionWorking, supporting & overseeing Sales Ledger processes, Accounts Payable and Credit ControlMonitor and provide financial support to the commercial department on pricing model, pricing of tenders and process improvement. Provide annual update for pricing model based on AOP dataPrepare monthly accounts, forecasts and budgets for Waddington Europe central costs.
