We're seeking a highly organized and strategic HR Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our HR processes, ensuring smooth, efficient operations across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you'll manage HR systems, compliance, benefits administration, and help shape the overall employee experience in a remote-first work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
Improve HR workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate benefits administration and ensure employees receive proper support.
Maintain and optimize HRIS systems with accurate employee data.
Track HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
Keep HR policies updated, compliant, and well-communicated.
Support employee relations and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance audits.
Collaborate with leadership to scale HR systems and processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication skills across all levels.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience in remote or hybrid environments is a plus.
Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
