This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior hospitality professional to lead the F&B division of a landmark 4-star property renowned for its outstanding guest experience, dining excellence, and premium event offerings. The Food & Beverage Director will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations across the hotel, including restaurant, bar, banqueting, events, and room service. This strategic and hands-on leadership role requires a dynamic individual with proven experience in driving service standards, team development, operational excellence, and profitability. Our client is a distinguished 4-star hotel with an excellent reputation for weddings, events, fine dining, and leisure stays. Set in the heart of Trim, this luxury property combines historic charm with contemporary hospitality and offers the ideal environment for professional growth and innovation in F&B management. Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Provide overall leadership and direction to all F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction * Drive innovation in menus, service offerings, and guest experience * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of F&B managers, supervisors, and service staff * Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost control to ensure profitability * Collaborate with Head Chef and Events team to ensure seamless coordination across departments * Ensure full compliance with HACCP and all health and safety regulations * Deliver training programs and performance management processes * Oversee inventory control, supplier management, and purchasing strategies * Champion continuous improvement across all food and beverage operations Requirements: * Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior food and beverage management role, ideally in a 4-star or 5-star hotel setting * Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large teams * Strong understanding of F&B financials, budgeting, and operational performance * Exceptional guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills * Creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about hospitality * Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland * Please note: Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits: * €60,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) * Opportunities for career progression within a luxury hotel group * Access to professional development and training programs * A dynamic and supportive working environment
