Field Sales Representative – Industrial Electrical Wholesaler
My client is a leading distributor of industrial electrical products selling into the whole of Ireland.
This role is for Southern Ireland and the candidate will live ideally close to Limerick or Cork however I am open to chatting with candidates who live in other locations
They are recruiting a Field Sales Representative to manage and nurture approximately 100 accounts to include electrical wholesalers/resellers and end users such as construction and engineering companies.
The ideal candidate must come from a related background; you will have experience selling these type products or dealing with similar customers or ideally you have both and perhaps come from a competitor.
This is mainly account management, ensuring maximum spend from your existing customers and building relationships with slow moving or dormant accounts.
You must be tech savvy with the ability to use a customer CRM and download a report.
You will be results driven, building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions.
Salary & Package for the job of Field Sales Representative
1. Salary up to €58k max but must reflect experience

Responsibilities for the job of Field Sales Representative
6. Research sales leads and market opportunities.
7. Work towards agreed sales goals and targets.
8. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
9. Provide technical support to customers in person, via teams, phone or email.
10. Negotiate and close sales deals.
11. Create monthly reports.
12. Use CRM to effectively monitor activity and sales performance.
13. Understand how our products interact and may be modified to meet customer requirements.
14. Work closely with Product Managers to understand customer requirements and best practice.
15. Attend training courses either in house or at supplier's premises
