People & Culture Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Leader to drive and elevate our people strategy across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Align our people with our purpose, supporting ambitious growth while ensuring every employee feels valued, heard, and set up for success.
* Shape and deliver the group's people agenda, including recruitment, learning and development, health and safety, performance management, pay and benefits, digital HR, and compliance.
* Proven experience in a generalist HR leadership role, with a deep understanding of NI and ROI employment legislation.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in a generalist HR leadership role.
* Proven experience within a private/commercial setting (150+ employees).
* Degree-qualified in HR, Business, or a related discipline, with CIPD membership.
* A strong communicator who connects with people across all roles and settings.
* Digitally fluent, with hands-on experience in HR tech systems.
