As a skilled recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates from a variety of sources, with a focus on Sales recruitment.
Responsibilities
* Conduct deep sourcing assessments to deliver high-quality talent.
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CANDIDATES TO ESTABLISH A FUTURE PIPELINE OF OPPORTUNITIES.
* Submit fully assessed qualified talent to your Recruitment colleagues for next stages in the process.
* Maintain data accuracy throughout recruitment processes using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Recommend improvements to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiency.
* Develop strong stakeholder relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in Recruitment or Sourcing.
* A Bachelor's Degree.
* Excellent sourcing skills and ability to use various tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
* Experience with Microsoft Office software or similar.
* Experience with ATS.
