In your role as a Project Manager, you will be a key element in ensuring domestic retrofit projects are executed efficiently and safely. You will manage the overall process, addressing technical and procedural risks that commonly arise during domestic renovations that aim to enhance energy efficiency. This responsibility involves rigorous oversight of design, specification, and the monitoring of post-installation performance to ensure compliance with the industry standard. As part of your duties, you will oversee our project coordinators and the direction of each project, ensuring that all specifications, procurement, and delivery of measures meet the required standards. Your expertise from the industry already gained will contribute to Brusna Energy Solutions delivering their retrofit projects efficiently.Responsibilities:Effectively managing retrofit projects and the project management team, while driving sustainability and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Leading retrofit projects from inception to completion, including careful planning, scheduling, and execution of energy efficiency upgrades, ensuring all are delivered on time.Communication and collaboration between clients, sub-contractors, and installers, including coordinating delivery of materials and services on-site. Oversee the financial aspects of retrofit projects, managing costs and keeping track of the budgetary status. Oversee aftercare of projects, handling any complaints or escalation process and identify opportunities for improvement in energy assessment and customer experience.
