Job Purpose: To professionally lead the care team during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained that meets the needs of residents.
We currently have a number of full-time positions for Silver Stream Healthcare Management Limited (Riverstick Care Centre - Curra, Riverstick, Co Cork P43 Y006).
Responsibilities
* Lead the care team during duties to maintain a safe, effective and efficient care service that meets residents' needs.
* Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and integrated care.
* Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents’ preferences and needs.
* Provide personal assistance with a commitment to comfort, hygiene, and safe practices.
* Engage residents in activities and interactions.
Desirable Qualifications
* FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly (preferred).
* Patient Moving and Manual Handling training.
* At least 1 year experience as Healthcare Assistant is preferred.

Salary
Minimum €30,000 per year (based on a minimum 39-hour week).
