Business Intelligence Specialist Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business intelligence initiatives, driving data-driven decision making across the organization.
* Elicit and document comprehensive business requirements, focusing on process enhancements and robust data needs.
* Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions to gather validate refine functional requirements ensuring alignment with organizational expectations.
* Collaborate closely with project managers local subject matter experts global data governance leads to ensure timely delivery of business-critical project deliverables related to data management.
Key Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or information systems,
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI Excel Tableau etc.,
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems identify key issues develop actionable recommendations drive improvements through collaborative efforts;
* Familiarity with IT service management frameworks processes including Agile Scrum methodologies would be advantageous for this position.
