AQMetrics is looking for a seasoned Compliance Officer to support our Operations team in ensuring global compliance with our innovative platform. Our team combines regulatory, fund, and data automation expertise to help customers achieve compliance.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. They will provide legal guidance on contracts, client agreements, and other business activities, as well as identify compliance risks and propose corrective action plans.
Key responsibilities include conducting training programs to promote awareness of compliance requirements across teams, liaising with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders, and staying up-to-date on evolving laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
* 2-3 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, ideally within FinTech, RegTech, or SaaS industries
* Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks like GDPR, MiFID II, or similar global standards
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Proficiency in managing contracts, policies, and regulatory audits
* Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud computing, and cybersecurity compliance
