A leading organisation is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team and provide expert financial guidance to key stakeholders across multiple locations.
About the Role: As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and efficiency.
Working closely with senior management, you will provide insights, challenge financial decisions, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, driving financial performance and efficiency.
Provide expert financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support.
Deliver insightful reporting on KPIs, Profit & Loss, and financial trends.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Manage financial planning cycles, including budgeting and multi-year strategic plans.
Support capital investment decisions and grant applications.
Ensure compliance with audit, governance, and tax requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and operational teams to enhance financial decision-making.
What We're Looking For: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
Experience with SUN accounting is a plus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
A problem-solving mindset with a commercial outlook.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Interest in the racing industry is an advantage but not essential.
