leading Main Contractor in Cork
is seeking an
Experienced
Project Manager
with over 5 years of relevant experience to work on a large-scale apartments project in the Cork suburbs area. Our client is looking for someone with strong residential experience and a genuine interest in progressing into a
Contracts Manager
position in the future.
Role & Duties:
* Manage projects in line with company policies, procedures, Building Regulations, schedules, budgets, and specifications.
* Chair site meetings with Design Teams and Subcontractors, ensuring clear communication, documented outcomes, and compliance with drawings, specs, and Health & Safety.
* Supervise site staff and subcontractors, maintaining quality standards and providing timely information to the team.
* Apply knowledge of RIAI Standard Contracts and BCAR 2014 requirements.
Requirements:
* 3 to 5+ years of experience in project management with Irish / UK Main Contractor.
* 3rd level degree or Trades Qualified.
* Experience working on Residential Projects.
* Experience working with a Tier 1 Contractor (desirable but not essential)
