Kepak is a leading food company with 14 manufacturing sites and over 4,500 employees across Ireland and the UK.

In this role, you will lead human resources strategy across a complex industrial business focusing on organizational design leadership development workforce effectiveness team culture accountability collaboration continuous improvement. The successful candidate must have experience in managing HR functions including talent management employee relations recruitment training performance measurement change implementation engagement initiatives.
