Quality Assurance Expert
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our quality control process, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in all aspects of our operations.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy and performance feedback is shared regularly.
* Support the development and implementation of corrective action plans for performance improvement focused on accuracy while balancing efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a quality control environment, strong practical experience with Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must be able to work independently in an unstructured environment and possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
