Job Overview
As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of production equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot complex systems including servo-driven machinery, vacuum circuits, and PLC-controlled equipment.
* Interpret technical drawings and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
* Support production start-ups and changeovers by adjusting automation and robot systems.
* Make basic programming adjustments to automation and robotic equipment.
* Assist in installation and setup of new automation systems.
Requirements:
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Hands-on experience with injection molding, automation equipment, and robots.
* Ability to read technical schematics and use digital multimeters.
* PLC knowledge preferred.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Basic computer literacy.
Working Conditions:
