This is a delivery-first IT Programme Manager role for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and accountability across major enterprise technology change.
You'll be trusted to run a portfolio of high-impact programmes spanning cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application delivery in a highly regulated financial services environment.
What you'll do
* Owning end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT transformation programmes
* Cloud & infrastructure modernisation
* Cybersecurity initiatives (Zero Trust, SOC, identity & access)
* Application delivery (modern, business-critical platforms)
* Managing multi-million-euro budgets, vendors, and delivery risk
What you bring
* 8+ years delivering enterprise IT programmes
* Background in financial services / insurance / regulated environments
* Real exposure to cloud, infrastructure, and security programmes
* Proven ownership of budget, vendors, and outcomes
* Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure delivery environments
