Following sustained growth, we're recruiting a Client Coordinator for our Office in Ballina, Co. Tipperary.

About the Role:
As Client Coordinator, you'll be central to ensuring our clients receive outstanding care through effective service coordination, schedule management, and clear communication across clients, care teams, and healthcare partners. You'll maintain comprehensive records, respond to queries, and support various administrative functions.
Core Responsibilities:
* Schedule Management: Organizing client care rosters, ensuring adequate coverage, and adapting schedules when circumstances change
* Liaison Work: Serving as the key contact point between clients, families, care staff, and medical professionals
* Client Relations: Managing client questions, concerns, and requests while offering helpful support and direction
* Documentation: Keeping precise, current client files, records, and personalized care plans
* Standards Monitoring: Overseeing care delivery to ensure we consistently maintain excellence
* Office Support: Contributing to data management, filing systems, report preparation, and general administrative operations
Essential Skills and Background:
* Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities across diverse audiences
* Organizational Strength: Proven capability to juggle competing priorities, manage workload effectively, and maintain meticulous records
* Solution-Focused: Skilled at evaluating situations, identifying challenges, and delivering practical solutions
* Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related applications
* Healthcare Knowledge: Previous experience in healthcare environments or supporting people requiring care is preferred
