Permanent Relocation Support Administrator Location: Little Island Monday - Friday I'm delighted to partner with a fantastic organisation on a brand-new permanent opportunity for an energetic, people-driven Administrator who enjoys building relationships and making a real difference. In this role, you'll play a central part in supporting international employees as they relocate to Cork - from helping them navigate the housing market to ensuring they're fully settled and confident in their new surroundings. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with relocating employees and local letting agents Research suitable properties, arrange and attend viewings, and support with rental applications Assist with essential practical tasks such as PPSN and bank account setup Manage multiple client cases with excellent organisation and attention to detail Coordinate move-in dates, inventory checks, and follow-up support Maintain detailed records, update internal systems, and track case progress Liaise with landlords, utility providers, and service partners to ensure smooth transitions Prepare welcome packs and provide newcomers with guidance on transport, amenities, and local life Support with scheduling appointments, managing diaries, and handling general administrative tasks Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for any questions throughout the relocation journey What We're Looking For A solid customer service background - hospitality, travel, and any client-facing roles welcome Strong local knowledge of Cork and surrounding areas Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills Full, clean driving licence and legal right to work in Ireland If you're proactive, personable, and passionate about helping people feel at home, we'd love to hear from you.
