Responsibilities (80% Paperwork, 10% customer service,10% Hands-on):
80% Paperwork:
TPA, Insurances and Medisave processing claims submission
Applying for insurance LOG & other matters relating to insurance (eg. Enquiries)
Imaging, Laboratory and Hospital Admission processes
Provide Financial counselling and coordinating of patient surgeries
Scanning of patient medical reports
10% Customer Service + 10% Hands-on
Reception duties such as greet and register patients, schedule appointment and process payment
Handle incoming calls & emails inquire
Chaperone Doctors and assist in administrative and clinical support
Conduct stock-taking and ensure accuracy
Requirements:
Candidates at least (GCE) N Level or above
Fresh grades with No work experience are welcome
Some medical knowledge in billing software
Insurance Claims processing is highly preferred
Openness to learn new skills set and follows SOP standards
Ability to multi-task and priorities
Proficiency inMandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking patients.
Able to start work in short notice
Salary based on relevant experience within the healthcare industry
Working Hours (5.5 Days per week):
Mon-Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Sat: 8:30am to 12:30pm
