We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Administrator to join our team and support the smooth operation of our logistics and transport services.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily waste collection schedules and transport operations
Liaise with drivers, clients, and third-party contractors to ensure timely service delivery
Maintain accurate records of collections, weights, and movements
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Manage logistics documentation including delivery notes, waste transfer notes, and invoices
Update internal systems and prepare reports for management as required
Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics, transport coordination, or administration (waste industry experience is a plus)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable using logistics software
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
A team player with a proactive attitude
