Leading the front-of-house team, ensuring a warm and professional service
Overseeing smooth daily operations, from opening to close
Managing POS systems, transactions, and cash handling with accuracy
Coordinating stock, suppliers, and displays to keep standards high
Ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are met
Recruiting, training, and developing staff to build a strong, motivated teamRequirements:
Previous management or supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development
A natural flair for customer service and communication
Knowledge of food safety standards
