Leadership Opportunity: Branch Lead
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to lead our Personal Lines Team as Branch Lead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the new business and renewal retention delivery, ensuring that all associated processes and documentation are completed in a timely manner. This includes:
* Supervising the team's performance to meet monthly targets
* Oversight of quality and regulatory standards across all client interactions
* Ensuring timely completion of required reporting and month-end processes
* Fostering close collaboration with colleagues across the personal lines network to deliver optimum client experiences
* Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant insurance qualifications (CIP / MDI/ ACII)
* Strong interpersonal skills
