As the Commercial Business Unit Director, you will:
* Develop and execute commercial strategies, by defining and implementing holistic commercial strategies that achieve business objectives and drive growth. You will align commercial plans with broader organizational goals and market opportunities and oversee the strategic development of the market and the cardiometabolic and emerging therapies product portfolio.
* Manage P&L planning and execution: Oversee the development of budgets approval and execution of relevant business cases that maximize business opportunities and drive sustained commercial performance.
* Oversee multiple commercial sub functions: Provide leadership across multiple commercial sub-functions, including business development, field sales, marketing and brand management.
* Build and maintain stakeholder relationships: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and adherence to company values, and build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead product launches and brand development: Plan and execute product launches to maximise market impact through an omnichannel approach.
* Drive Business Development and Strategic Partnerships: Lead the development and execution of innovative approaches to penetrate new markets and customer segments.

Your Skills & Qualifications
Our next Commercial Business Unit Director will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment and will bring with them:
* Over 10 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles, including strategic brand building, product launches, pharmaceutical sales, omnichannel engagement and stakeholder/KOL management.
* A proven track record of leading multifunctional teams and delivering impactful business results
* A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain and experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
* Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into viable plans.
* Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and develop a high-performing team
* A master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
