We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an exciting Latin American-inspired casual dining restaurant located in the heart of Temple Bar. Specializing in authentic tapioca dishes, street food classics, and bold, fresh flavors, our vibrant venue focuses on high-quality ingredients, exceptional presentation, and creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and high standards
* Lead, train, and inspire a small team of kitchen staff
* Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
* Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Work closely with management on menu updates and specials, showcasing creativity while maintaining the brand's identity
* Deliver excellent food at pace during busy periods
* Manage food costs and waste efficiently
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant
* Strong understanding of Latin American or street food styles (experience with tapioca, gluten-free, and alternative grains a bonus, but not essential)
* Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
* Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive kitchen culture
* Passionate about food, creativity, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and kitchen compliance procedures
