The successful candidate will report directly to the Service Manager, coordinating operational and administrative processes related to customer orders and completing reports on business success.
 1. Manage operational and administrative order processes, including quotations, invoicing, job costing, and documentation, ensuring accurate recording in internal systems.
 2. Arrange and coordinate orders efficiently, adhering to compliance and service level agreements.
 3. Communicate with customers regarding customer care through calls and emails, striving for exceptional service excellence and satisfaction.
 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide updates on key performance indicators for customer service, including timely delivery, forecasting, and sales.
This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, a third-level degree in data-related or business support qualification, and strong knowledge of the business sector.
