Reporting to the Managing Director, this senior leadership role will drive financial operations and improve performance by providing strategic advice to the MD and Boards. The CFO will lead financial planning, analysis, accounting, reporting, capital management, compliance, and legal functions.
The CFO will support procurement matters, lead transformation projects in Finance, and support cross-functional initiatives. As part of the Senior Leadership team, the candidate will advise the business, set financial targets, develop strategies, monitor expenditure, conduct feasibility studies, and evaluate investments.
This role demands strong management, strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical skills, along with excellent communication. Proven experience in financial planning, implementing strategies, revenue improvement, and maintaining financial health is essential. Project management skills and adaptability are also required. The appointment is subject to regulatory requirements.

* Technology-focused, with experience in analytics and BI tools.
* Proven success in transformational projects.
