Business Development Manager, Aseptic Filling (Europe)
Join Cytiva as a Business Development Manager, Aseptic Filling for the European market. Cytiva, part of Danaher’s Biotechnology segment, leads in providing new life‑saving solutions. You will be responsible for all new business activities within a defined territory, driving orders and managing the full sales cycle. The role is fully remote.
What You Will Do
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and final sale.
* Develop, manage, and execute territory sales plans for a high number of prospective customers.
* Maintain an accurate sales funnel through weekly reviews of Salesforce.
* Conduct regular customer site visits within your sales territory and attend local and global trade shows and events.
* Manage and contribute to RFI / RFP responses.
Who You Are
* Three or more years of outside sales management experience in Biotech.
* Proven ability to close large and complex deals of $1M+ in value.
* Willingness to travel up to 40%.
* Customer‑focused with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Willingness to collaborate with a team distributed across different time zones (US/Canada, EMEA, Asia).
What would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Two or more years experience in biopharmaceutical process development or manufacturing.
