About The Concierge/Browser Onboarding Specialist
This role offers an exciting chance to help businesses securely adopt Chrome Enterprise. You will guide customers through onboarding, deliver product demos, resolve technical issues, and build lasting relationships to set them up for long‑term success. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer success, technical problem‑solving, and enterprise software.
Location: Hybrid, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday in office)
What Will You Do?
* Facilitate the successful adoption of Chrome Enterprise solutions (CEC and CEP), guiding customers of all sizes and industries.
* Act as a technical concierge, navigating the onboarding process and resolving technical or account‑related problems for customers.
* Meticulously document customer interactions and use cases in CRM tools to aid future problem‑solving and scale query resolution.
* Assist Support Specialists with significant deals, managing customer relationships, rollout timelines, and addressing inquiries.
* Proactively nurture customer relationships to prepare them for potential upsells into additional product lines.
* Address diverse customer questions during onboarding, providing assistance and directing customers to appropriate resources.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
* Ability to speak and write in English.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 1 year in customer success or CRM roles for SaaS products with a strong performance track record.
* 2 years’ experience in customer success or resolution roles for a SaaS product (preferred).
* Good understanding of enterprise software, specifically secure enterprise browsers.
* Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
* Technical or customer engineering experience.
* Experience with technical support and troubleshooting for a SaaS product.
* Ability to develop and grow senior‑level relationships with clients.

The pay for this position is a basic salary per annum of €56,000, with an additional variable bonus component of €15,000. There are several factors to consider, including but not limited to the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
