This role sits within Kerry's Enzymes division—one of our four strategic pillars with ambitious growth plans—and plays a key part in supporting business expansion. This role combines desk-based tasks with hands-on activities such as retrieving samples from the warehouse, packaging them correctly, and maintaining accurate inventory. Please note that this is not a laboratory-based position. Instead, the focus is on coordinating samples for internal assessment and ensuring timely dispatch. The role primarily involves working with systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, as well as using courier platforms like DHL, UPS, or FedEx, skills that can be developed on the job if not already familiar with all. Good communication skills remain key to managing urgent requests and collaborating effectively across multiple teams.This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position (Monday to Friday).Key responsibilitiesPreparing samples for internal assessment and dispatch to customers, including relevant supporting documentation, within agreed timelinesSupporting the commercialisation process by ensuring Gold Standard samples are dispatched to production sites in a timely manner, meeting our KPIsUnderstanding and providing relevant or supplementary documentation to ensure timely deliveries (e.g., customs requirements)Collaborating closely with warehouse and operations teams to coordinate samples and manage stockWorking with the global sampling team, providing support when requiredOptimising and streamlining the sampling process within the siteAttending weekly team meetings and providing updates on workload and priorities to the wider team.Qualifications and skillsDemonstrable interest in the food industry, its technologies, or processesExperience in a sampling role desirable but not essentialProficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; Salesforce and courier platform experience are a plusStrong organisational skills with the ability to analyse dataAbility to work independently; self-motivated and proactiveEffective communication skills and problem-solving ability.Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
