Salary: €50k – €55k Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operation of the convenience store, ensuring smooth and efficient running across all departments Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service and consistently high standards Drive sales, margins, and profitability while maintaining control over costs, waste, and shrink Ensure strong store presentation, merchandising, and product availability Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory accuracy Ensure full compliance with health
