Start Date: As soon as possible, ideally next week Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a short-term project within the HR team. The primary focus will be on auditing employee files, ensuring compliance, and managing employment documentation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong generalist background looking for a hands-on, temporary assignment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a full audit of approximately 200 employee files. Review each file for the presence of employment contracts and other key HR documentation. Generate employment contracts where missing and ensure they are signed and returned. Maintain accurate records of file audits and updates. Assist the HR team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. Candidate Profile: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally within professional services. Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
