About the team and the role: e Bay Live is redefining commerce through real-time, interactive shopping experiences. As part of the Customer Value Creation organization, this hybrid role owns the end-to-end SMB seller journey—from initial acquisition through live launch. You will represent e Bay Live to emerging and established small and medium-sized businesses, sourcing high-potential sellers and enabling them to deliver high-quality live commerce experiences. This role combines new business acquisition, structured pipeline management, and operational execution to convert prospects into active, successful e Bay Live sellers. Important Information:
This role is based in the Republic of Ireland.
The start date is the 27th of April 2026.

This role requires 3 days of on site training in our Dublin office.

What you will accomplish:
Drive full-cycle acquisition of net-new SMB sellers by sourcing, qualifying, and closing partners aligned with category growth priorities.
Lead sellers from close to launch by validating account setup, policies, limits, and platform access to ensure readiness for their first live event.
Increase seller activation by guiding partners through defined milestones and holding them accountable to launch commitments.
Deliver structured training sessions that build sellers’ technical confidence and understanding of best practices for operating and growing on e Bay Live.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and lifecycle documentation using internal tools (e.g., CRM systems, trackers) to ensure data integrity and visibility.

Partner with Category Management and Operations to refine acquisition strategies and create a seamless transition into the broader e Bay ecosystem.
What you will bring:
1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, with demonstrated success driving acquisition outcomes.
Experience managing onboarding workflows, tools, and cross-functional dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to assess seller fit, readiness, and long-term potential to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
High attention to detail and consistent follow-through in documentation, tracking, and milestone management.
Ability to work toward defined targets while adapting to shifting priorities and ambiguity.
Fluency in written and verbal communication in both English and Italian.

Comfort working in CRM systems and structured workflows, with a focus on maintaining data accuracy.
