Founded in 2015, we've installed over 16,000 panels across 1,500 sites and are trusted by leading brands such as McCloskey's Bakery, Jaguar Land Rover, Fine Print, Web Print, and Automotive Team.Our mission is simple: to help Irish businesses achieve long-term energy independence through technically superior, future-proof solar PV systems.The OpportunityWe're seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join our expanding team and drive growth in the commercial, agricultural, and public-sector markets. This is a high-autonomy role suited to a self-motivated professional who enjoys relationship building, technical sales, and developing strategic B2B opportunities. In addition to large-scale commercial and public-sector projects, a key focus will be on the new-build construction market. With new commercial buildings in Ireland now required to incorporate solar PV, this role offers access to a fast-growing and regulation-driven opportunity sector.What You'll Do· Build, Manage and grow your pipeline of commercial PV opportunities (50 kW – 1 MW range).· Work with management to develop proposals, quotations, and financial models.· Build relationships with business owners, facility managers, and project consultants.· Attend site surveys, client meetings, and trade events.· Use our CRM system (Zoho) to track leads and performance metrics.· Liaise closely with our engineering team to ensure projects are scoped and delivered to the highest standards.What We're Looking For· Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, energy, renewables, or capital equipment.· Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable with board-level and technical clients alike.· Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and target-driven mindset.· Full clean B licence and own vehicle (travel reimbursed bi-weekly).· Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage.Why Join Us· Base salary €40,000 + uncapped commission (typical earnings €100–150k).· Opportunity to work with a premium solar brand and high-value clients.· Continuous professional growth in a fast-scaling company.· Supportive, energetic team environment where initiative is rewarded.Job Type: Full-timePay: €42,500.00-€150,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company eventsEmployee discountFlexitimeFood allowanceFree or subsidised travelOn-site parkingSick payWork from homeApplication question(s):Have you minimum 3years of B2B Sales Experience in Ireland?Education:Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)Experience:Sales: 3 years (required)Language:Fluent English (required)Licence/Certification:Full Irish Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In person
